Delete your account

How to request deletion of your Black Eagle account.

Customers and staff can request account deletion or personal data review by contacting Black Eagle Services using the steps below.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@blackeagleservices.co.uk from the email address associated with your account.

Please include:

  • whether the request is for a customer account or a staff account;
  • the email address registered on the account;
  • your full name or company name, if applicable;
  • a short statement that you want your account deleted.

2. What we will do

Once we verify the request, we will review the account and remove or anonymise personal data where reasonably possible and where we are not required to retain certain records.

3. What may be retained

We may retain limited information when needed for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment reconciliation, or other compliance reasons. For example, order records, payout records, or payment audit data may need to be retained for a longer period even after an account is closed.

4. Password reset is not account deletion

Requesting a password reset or losing access to your account does not delete the account. If you want the account removed, please submit a deletion request directly.
