Booking terms

Clear booking rules for clients, staff, and agency operations.

These terms explain how Black Eagle manages bookings, deposits, cancellations, payment stages, service delivery expectations, and operational protections across the platform.

1. About the business

Black Eagle is a UK-based hospitality staffing and event support business providing trained bartenders, waiters, chefs, barbacks, and related event staff across London and the UK.

2. Booking and deposits

Event bookings are secured once the required deposit has been paid. The platform is designed around a two-stage payment structure: an initial deposit to confirm the booking and a later balance payment before service delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance should be settled before the event date in line with the final booking terms issued to the client.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellation rights and refund outcomes depend on how close the cancellation is to the event date.
  • If staff planning and operational work have already been committed, some or all of the deposit may become non-refundable.
  • Late cancellations may trigger charges linked to staffing preparation, scheduling, and administrative work already carried out.

4. Late bookings

Bookings made very close to the event date may be subject to additional charges where the agency needs to accelerate staffing, scheduling, and operational preparation at short notice.

5. Payment methods

Payments may be accepted through approved card processing or bank transfer routes used by Black Eagle. If bank transfer is offered, the applicable payment details should be taken only from the final invoice or an official communication from the business.

6. Event changes and staff replacements

Clients should notify Black Eagle as early as possible about any material change to event timing, location, staffing numbers, or role requirements. Black Eagle may replace staff where reasonably necessary due to illness, absence, emergency, or operational requirements.

7. Venue responsibility and safety

Clients remain responsible for the safety and suitability of the venue or event location. The client is expected to provide a safe working environment and maintain any appropriate insurance required for the event.

8. Data and privacy

Client and staff data may be collected and processed as part of account approval, staffing operations, payments, service delivery, and platform administration. Please also review the Privacy Policy.

9. Direct staff engagement

Clients should not directly hire, contract, or otherwise engage staff introduced through Black Eagle without prior written agreement from the business. This restriction protects recruitment, training, and operational investment made by the agency.
